Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Neenah, WI. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining the store's financial performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and fostering a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Exceptional Communication abilities to effectively interact with staff and customers
• Experience in Store Management and overseeing retail operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in retail management or convenience store operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is advantageous
