Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process admissions contracts and related documentation for incoming residents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all admission agreements comply with federal, state, and facility regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
- Coordinate closely with the admissions team, nursing staff, social services, and billing department to gather required information for contract completion.
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and families to explain contract terms, required forms, and admission procedures in a clear and professional manner.
- High school graduate or its equivalent is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous business office experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Collections experience is preferred but not required.
- Phone Etiquette is required.
