FinTech Developer (Backend / Full Stack) – London / Amsterdam | Hybrid / Remote

Looking for a passionate and skilled FinTech Developer to join a growing team. In this role, you will work on building secure, scalable, and high-performance financial applications that power modern digital finance solutions.

You will be part of a fast-paced environment working on cutting-edge systems such as payment platforms, banking integrations, and real-time transaction systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable financial applications and APIs
• Build and manage secure payment and transaction systems
• Integrate with banking APIs and payment gateways
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data protection standards
• Design low-latency, high-availability systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and data

🔧 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python / Java / Node.js / C#
• Hands-on with REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

💳 FinTech & Domain Knowledge

• Experience with payment systems and gateways
• Understanding of Open Banking / API integrations
• Familiarity with transaction processing systems

🔐 Security & Compliance

• Knowledge of GDPR, PCI-DSS, and secure coding practices
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT)
• Understanding of data protection and encryption standards

🎓 Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / IT (preferred)
• Or equivalent hands-on experience with strong project portfolio
