At Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo, you will work on an important mission: attracting, developing, and connecting talent within an innovative ecosystem of businesses, education, and government.
In this role, you combine recruitment, talent development, and community building. You will work independently, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensure that talent and industry are connected in a sustainable way within CHILL.
Who is Brightlands?

Your role
As an Expert Talent Coordinator, you will work within the CHILL Talent Office to strengthen the talent pipeline in Limburg, with a specific focus on Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo and the North Limburg region.
You will take ownership of attracting and supporting students and young professionals, connecting them with companies and projects on and around the campus. At the same time, you will actively help build a strong and visible talent community and contribute to the further development and positioning of CHILL as a public-private environment for talent development and practice-based research.
What will you do?
- Recruit, support, and develop students and young professionals.
- Connect talent with companies and projects on and around the campus.
- Maintain and expand relationships with educational institutions and businesses.
- Support and organise campus activities and talent development programmes.
- Contribute to strengthening and engaging the talent community on campus.
- Work together with the campus organisation, CHILL, and partners to embed talent development in a sustainable way.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent development.
- Strong networking skills and enthusiasm for community building.
- Affinity with students, education, and talent development.
- Affinity with the agri-food sector.
- Independent, connecting, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined.
- A challenging and varied role within a dynamic and innovative organisation.
- A gross monthly salary between €3,948 and €4,630 based on full-time employment (38 hours), depending on experience.
- An end-of-year bonus (8.3%).
- Holiday allowance (8%).
- 30 days of annual leave based on full-time employment.
