• What You’ll Be Doing?Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 600 existing B2B accounts
• Conduct outbound calls to re-engage customers and strengthen relationships
• Introduce new product lines and recommend solutions that support customer growth
• Use a CRM system to track activity and performance

• What We’re Looking For?Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service
• Comfortable making outbound calls and having business conversations
• Upselling or cross-selling experience is a strong asset
