Position Title: Global Marketing Programs Manager

Location: Hybrid. 4 days from home and 1 day from office in Warsaw.

Employment: Full-time employment contract for 9 months.

The Job:

As the Global Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll be part of our Digital Marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Coordinate the execution of the 2026 marketing plan to ensure all campaigns are completed in a timely manner and to specification.
  • Partner with global teams systematically record main customer pain points, translating these insights into compelling, vertical-specific messaging that can be effectively deployed in marketing campaigns globally.
  • Coordinate and support regional marketing teams across Asia, North America, and Europe in executing campaigns.
  • Support the regional teams when needed on events organization, regional activations and product launches.
  • Support the execution of the full-funnel demand generation strategy according to the marketing plan, maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Facilitate effective implementation and reporting of regional campaigns.
  • Support oversight of inbound and outbound lead generation programs.
  • Work with Digital Team to compile regular updates on campaign performance and ROI metric.
  • Monitor lead quality, qualified sales leads (SQLs) and Opportunities by analyzing dashboards and reports on Salesforce.

  • Fluent English is required. Polish at a communicative level is good to have.
  • Extensive experience of B2B marketing with demonstrated coordination and project management success.

  • Salesforce knowledge is good to have.
