Circle Logistics is expanding, and we’re searching for a sales-focused Senior Account Manager who can generate new business, close deals, and manage national customer relationships with confidence. If you thrive on prospecting, solving problems, and owning your accounts end-to-end, this role is built for you.


You will cold call, sell, onboard, and manage the accounts you bring on — full-cycle ownership, real impact, and unlimited opportunity for growth.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Cold call, hunt, and convert new national accounts
  • Build and grow your book through strategic outreach and solution selling
  • Strengthen customer relationships through proactive service & communication
  • Negotiate customer pricing and carrier rates to protect profitability
  • Monitor daily shipments and maintain a “No Fail” service mindset
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service expectations, and onboarding
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio — start to finish


💼 What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of logistics, brokerage, or transportation sales experience
  • Proven comfort with cold calling and outbound business development
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Clear and professional communication — verbal & written
  • Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
