If you thrive on prospecting, solving problems, and owning your accounts end-to-end, this role is built for you.
You will cold call, sell, onboard, and manage the accounts you bring on — full-cycle ownership, real impact, and unlimited opportunity for growth.

🌟 What You’ll Do
- Cold call, hunt, and convert new national accounts
- Build and grow your book through strategic outreach and solution selling
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive service & communication
- Negotiate customer pricing and carrier rates to protect profitability
- Monitor daily shipments and maintain a “No Fail” service mindset
- Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service expectations, and onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio — start to finish
💼 What You Bring
- 1–3 years of logistics, brokerage, or transportation sales experience
- Proven comfort with cold calling and outbound business development
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Clear and professional communication — verbal & written
- Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
