Marketing Manager – Wealth Management Team

Location: On-site, Melville NY


We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to develop and execute our firm’s marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on client experience, events, and referral growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deadlines, takes initiative, and loves seeing projects through from concept to flawless day-of execution.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and managing a comprehensive marketing calendar that supports client retention, deepens relationships, and builds new referral partnerships with existing clients and centers of influence (COIs).


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Calendar & Execution

  • Own and manage the annual and quarterly marketing calendar
  • Execute marketing initiatives on time and to a high standard
  • Coordinate priorities across leadership, advisors, and vendors


Events & Referral Marketing

  • Plan and execute firm events including:
  • Client dinners, breakfasts, and appreciation events
  • Larger events in partnership with centers of influence & NM
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, invitations, and timelines
  • Lead day-of event execution to ensure a polished experience


Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage firm social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Maintain a consistent, on-brand posting cadence aligned with firm initiatives
  • Coordinate website updates, announcements, and event-related content


Brand & Materials

  • Oversee updates to branded marketing materials and swag
  • Ensure consistency across digital, print, and event assets
  • Manage relationships with designers, printers, and promotional vendors


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience with a strong execution focus
  • Proven event planning and day-of execution experience
  • Experience managing social media and website content for a professional services firm
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills
