About the team
You will work in a mature, senior recruitment team. Together, we focus on process consistency, high-quality work, and efficiency – enabling us to respond quickly to client needs and continuously develop our capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end management of IT recruitment processes, from market analysis and sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Close collaboration with Account Managers and participation in client business meetings.
- Independent management of recruitment projects, including gathering and clarifying requirements.
- Coordination of multiple stakeholders: Account Manager, Team Leader, other teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Building positive relationships with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Managing several recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (experience in consulting/outsourcing is a plus).
- English at minimum B2 level.
- Comfortable working in a process-driven environment that supports achieving better results.
- Able to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner.
- Thrives in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
