For our Business Unit in Bulgaria (Sophia) we are looking for a motivated and business oriented Key Account Manager to support our expansion and strengthen our presence in key markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of the commercial strategy within the assigned European markets, contributing to business growth and market expansion;
- Actively identify and develop new B2B customers (distributors, dealers, key accounts), while maintaining and growing existing relationships;
- Monitor sales performance and customer activities in the designated area through regular visits and structured follow-ups, ensuring alignment with sales targets;
- Prepare and manage commercial offers, quotations, and negotiations in line with company pricing policies and under the guidance of the Sales Director;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities;
- Support the planning and implementation of commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance) and liaise with HQ to ensure smooth execution of projects and continuous improvement;
- Monitor order portfolio and support forecasting activities;
- Work with the Finance Department to oversee customer payment status and contribute to maintaining healthy financial exposure;
- Ensure compliance with product standards and company policies in all commercial activities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the appliances, industrial, or technical product sector;
- Experience working with distributors and structured sales networks is considered a strong plus;
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends;
- Proactive attitude with a results-driven approach;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international environment;
- Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is a strong advantage;
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
