Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for in-store merchandising POSM, merchandise and giveaways and in-store content creation and distribution to stores
2. Collaborate with Business Development to ensure the POSM display in each store is timely and correctly according to the guidelines.
3. Assist in developing retail marketing toolkits and guidelines based on the central retail marketing plan and seasonal marketing calendar.
4. Facilitate internal and external communication to align the retail marketing plan
5. Assist in developing and executing retail marketing activities for large-scale projects such as new store grand open ceremony, new model launch events, autoshows and other events.
6. Monitor and formulate reports for retail marketing activity performance
7. Plan, execute, and review the Retail Marketing activities like roadshows, pop ups and other
8. Responsible for XPENG Partner Marketing Support
9. Responsible for managing all related suppliers and agencies under the retail marketing activities
What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business/marketing).
2. 3+ years of relevant retail marketing experience such as Automotive , Consumer electronics , Luxury fashion industries, etc.
3. Fluency in oral and written English and Swedish.
4. Good understanding of brand building and integrated marketing approach.
5. Able to travel and attend meetings as well as events.
6. Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
7. Excellent organizational and management skills.
8. Ability to multi-task and to get the job done when needed.
9. Ability and interest to learn new systems and tools.
10. Openess and interest in working in a cross-cultural environment with a diverse set of cultures and languages.
