We're Hiring: Junior Recruiter | Remote (India)
BlueRock Management is a US-based staffing firm specializing in Data Governance, Data Quality, and AI Readiness. We're growing our India recruiting team and looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of IT or tech recruiting experience who's comfortable working across time zones.
You should have:
- Experience sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter or boards like Naukri/Indeed
- Good habits around candidate recordkeeping and pipeline management
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to juggle multiple reqs without dropping the ball
- Partial overlap with US business hours
A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, but hands-on recruiting experience matters more to us.
