OPEX (CBS Coach) - San Luis Potosi

Support Plant Leadership in developing and sustaining a continuous improvement culture by deploying an OPEX implementation roadmap aligned with BU strategies, objectives, and corporate initiatives. The role drives KPI measurement systems, coaches leaders, and ensures effective execution of Lean and quality improvement programs across the site.

Responsibilities

Support Plant Leadership in Developing and implementing site continuous improvement culture through an implementation roadmap aligned to BU strategies and Objectives.

Drive the KPI for measurements roadmap implementation.

Cascade the BU Segment TPOC´s True North metrics and Corp Initiatives to each Site.

Develop site and Leaders on continuous improvement management system through coaching,

Conduct workshop and training.

Support in the SPRINT Projects to follow up monthly and make the reports to the Manager Staff and BU level

Oversee and ensure organization utilizes continuous improvement data Base in support of Yokoten

Sharing of best practices- Report Status of continuous improvement to Top Management-

Communicate activities and coordinate with BU OPEX coach

Participate actively in the process of continuous improvement of quality programs, and safety, environmental

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering -IMA – IME- IIP etc)

Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing skills, take times studies, operation standard analysis, ergonomic analysis, layout analysis review (walk operation analysis), work instruction, for at least 3 years, desirable in automotive industry

Experience in Quality systems ISO 14001 and ISO TS, IATF is desirable.

Leading and managing people, departments and organizations, with production/plant management leadership
