In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and evolving solutions that help pharma clients understand prescribing behavior, optimize promotional strategies, and navigate the complexities of the Polish pharmaceutical and reimbursement environment.
As part of the local Offering team, you will work at the intersection of product management, pharmaceutical market expertise, and advanced data assets, contributing to impactful solutions within a global leader in health information and analytics. This role is ideal for a product professional with strong pharma-market knowledge who wants to combine strategic thinking with hands-on product development.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Define and execute product strategies for Rx and promotional solutions supporting pharmaceutical companies.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from concept and discovery through development, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
- Translate deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure products align with regulatory, reimbursement, and compliance requirements relevant to promotional activities.
- Apply strong understanding of the Polish pharmaceutical market, including market structure, key stakeholders, and competitive dynamics.
- Incorporate knowledge of drug reimbursement systems, pricing rules, and prescribing regulations into product design and evolution.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.
- Leverage IQVIA proprietary datasets (e.g. sales, prescription, promotional, and medical data) to build and enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with data science, analytics, and technology teams to develop robust, scalable, and insightful solutions.
- Support the development of analytical assets, KPIs, and methodologies relevant to Rx performance and promotional effectiveness.
- Develop and support go-to-market strategies for Rx and promotional products.
- Define clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to pharmaceutical clients.
- Contribute to product storytelling through presentations, demos, and client-facing materials.
- Partner with commercial and client-facing teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Support client discussions by explaining product capabilities, methodology, and business value.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products based on client feedback and market evolution.
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, economics, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred).
- Proficiency in English sufficient for professional communication and daily work.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, product development, or solution ownership.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (pharma company, consulting, data/analytics provider) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with data-driven, non-physical products or services.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including Rx products and promotional models.
- Solid understanding of reimbursement rules, pricing mechanisms, and prescribing regulations in Poland.
- Familiarity with promotional effectiveness measurement, sales force support, or market access topics is a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data and market rules into clear product concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-developed project and product management capabilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 135 100,00 zł - 251 100,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
