This role serves as the primary contact for assigned customers and is responsible for customer satisfaction, ensuring quality standards, and timely service. About The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of our daily operations - working directly with contractors, customers, and sales teams across NH, MA ME & VT to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Preparing quotes and processing orders with speed and accuracy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and customers
- Assisting walk-in customers at the branch
- Continuing and strengthening existing customer relationships
- Developing the confidence to provide customers with accurate, reliable information
- Understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions
- Building a strong foundation of relationships that grow into larger opportunities over time
- Becoming a trusted and dependable resource for both customers and teammates
