Digital Coordinator [210217]

This role will be authoring content in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS. This role is responsible for working with developers, digital strategist and content strategists in selecting the appropriate template, component and module required to build site pages within AEM. They should also be familiar with implementing images, video, SEO metadata, and tagging as instructed by stakeholders to ensure work is completed to align to style and brand guidelines.

This role may test content for web, app and mobile using our clients testing tools. The AEM Author will create, modify and delete content in the authoring environment. They may provide strategic content recommendations and support for product managers and other content stakeholders. They will collaborate and partner with other content authors, creators and strategists as appropriate to ensure a consistent tone of voice and messaging for customers

They should feel comfortable in complex data hierarchy structures and databases. This role may wear multiple hats and should have a ‘can-do’ attitude and come up with potential solutions when faced with challenges.

Requirements

• Comfortable manipulating content in digital web applications
• Implement a large variety of digital content, including marketing pages, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs
• Strong analytical, problem solving, conceptual skills, and a flexible attitude in shifting environments
• Content and asset management for digital channels; web, app and mobile
• Work with stakeholders on design considerations, take advisement on best practices for overall strategy and content plan
• Collaborate and partner with other content authors, creators and strategists as appropriate to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging for customers
• Team player attitude with strong appetite to grow in field
• Excel at communication (spoken and written) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively
• Attend routine meetings and relay progress, status, wins, and roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail and team player attitude

1+ years Content Authoring in AEM

The target hiring compensation for this role is $25/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
