Cle Millet International is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding the company’s presence across the Kingdom by securing strategic opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth within the engineering and construction sector.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value engineering consultancy projects, developing strategic partnerships, leading commercial and tendering activities, and supporting the company’s expansion strategy throughout Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia, particularly within the Eastern Province and key development sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, developers, contractors, investors, and private sector clients
• Lead the complete business development cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization
• Coordinate closely with technical and management teams to prepare competitive and high-quality consultancy proposals
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and strategic opportunities to support long-term company growth
• Represent Cle Millet International in meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry functions across the Kingdom
• Contribute directly to achieving annual revenue targets and expanding the company’s client portfolio and market presence
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7–12 years of experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or related industries within Saudi Arabia
• Strong professional network and client connections in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the Eastern Province
• Proven track record in securing consultancy projects and generating business opportunities
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of independently driving business growth initiatives
