Location: Bahrain

Reports to: Head Market Development


About the Role

Beyon Connect is seeking a highly organized Market Development Analyst to support and strengthen the commercial effectiveness of the Market Development function.

The role combines structured opportunity management, CRM ownership, documentation control, and coordinated follow-through across clients and internal teams. A core component of the position is leading and optimizing our use of HubSpot CRM to ensure strong pipeline visibility, reporting discipline, and system adoption.

Core Responsibilities

CRM & Opportunity Management (Primary Focus)

  • Own and maintain the integrity of CRM data and pipeline structure
  • Ensure all opportunities, activities, and accounts are accurately tracked
  • Build and maintain dashboards and structured performance reporting
  • Implement workflows, automations, and best practices
  • Drive system adoption and best practices across the Market Development team
  • Support campaign coordination and system integrations where relevant

This role is expected to become the internal CRM champion — ensuring pipeline visibility, data integrity, and disciplined commercial tracking.

Commercial & Coordination Support

  • Maintain structured contract and addendum records
  • Track renewals and documentation completeness
  • Coordinate client meetings and document action items
  • Follow up on outstanding items across internal teams
  • Support preparation of commercial materials and internal updates
  • Build and maintain structured commercial databases to support sector tracking and reporting
  • Contribute to the smooth operational running of the Market Development function through structured tracking and administrative discipline

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong interest in commercial systems, data discipline, and structured operations
  • High attention to detail and structured working style
  • Proficiency in Excel and digital tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English
