About the Role
Beyon Connect is seeking a highly organized Market Development Analyst to support and strengthen the commercial effectiveness of the Market Development function.
The role combines structured opportunity management, CRM ownership, documentation control, and coordinated follow-through across clients and internal teams. A core component of the position is leading and optimizing our use of HubSpot CRM to ensure strong pipeline visibility, reporting discipline, and system adoption.
Core Responsibilities
CRM & Opportunity Management (Primary Focus)
- Own and maintain the integrity of CRM data and pipeline structure
- Ensure all opportunities, activities, and accounts are accurately tracked
- Build and maintain dashboards and structured performance reporting
- Implement workflows, automations, and best practices
- Drive system adoption and best practices across the Market Development team
- Support campaign coordination and system integrations where relevant
This role is expected to become the internal CRM champion — ensuring pipeline visibility, data integrity, and disciplined commercial tracking.
Commercial & Coordination Support
- Maintain structured contract and addendum records
- Track renewals and documentation completeness
- Coordinate client meetings and document action items
- Follow up on outstanding items across internal teams
- Support preparation of commercial materials and internal updates
- Build and maintain structured commercial databases to support sector tracking and reporting
- Contribute to the smooth operational running of the Market Development function through structured tracking and administrative discipline
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong interest in commercial systems, data discipline, and structured operations
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Proficiency in Excel and digital tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English
