Provide warm and efficient check-in/check-out service, including support for Chinese-speaking guests.
Communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Thai to assist guests with inquiries, requests, and hotel information.
Escort guests to rooms and explain room features, facilities, and hotel services.
Handle guest requests, transportation arrangements, luggage assistance, and payment processes.
Coordinate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
Recommend hotel outlets and local attractions, especially in the Chinatown area.
Maintain accuracy in guest records, key control, and cashier-related procedures.
Report guest feedback or issues to supervisors and follow hotel standards, safety, and emergency procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
Chinese language proficiency required (HSK 4+ preferred).
Good English communication skills and pleasant personality.
Experience in Front Office/Guest Service is an advantage (fresh grads welcome).
