We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting commercial activities within the assigned portfolio, including client visits and meeting preparation.
  • Assisting in achieving the approved 2026 budget and contributing to the 2026–2027 annual sales performance.
  • Ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, primarily via email and phone when required.
  • Closely monitoring clients’ monthly needs and proactively following up on order opportunities.
  • Visiting clients at their offices or attending industry trade fairs, and effectively summarizing and implementing agreed action points.
  • Developing and expanding the project pipeline with both existing and potential new clients.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Suanfarma’s value proposition.
  • Using CRM tools to ensure efficient client management and follow-up.
  • Processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate coordination with the Operations team.
  • Requesting pricing and delivery timelines in collaboration with Operations and Procurement departments.
  • Adhering to company financial policies, including monitoring key metrics such as DSO, DPO, DIO, and outstanding debt.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
  • A strong commercial mindset combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proactive, curious, and results-driven attitude, with a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and business development.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience is not required; however, any exposure to commercial or pharmaceutical environments will be considered a valuable asset.
