Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with strong experience in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector.
The role requires a strong technical understanding of machinery and engineering solutions, combined with excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia market
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order finalization
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts
• Provide after-sales coordination support when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and service coordination
Requirements
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market
• Experience in industrial machinery, equipment, or engineering product sales
• Strong B2B sales and business development background
Technical Skills
• Good understanding of industrial machinery and technical products
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and result-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a regional market
- Strong networking ability in KSA industrial sectors
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
- GCC driving license preferred
