Supply Chain & Product Ops Manager

We're building something different at Haya, modest activewear for women who move with intention. We've grown fast, and now we need someone to build the foundation that takes us to the next level.

The role

Supply Chain & Product Operations Manager. You'll own everything from supplier to doorstep, and lead our NPD pipeline so we're planning product 12 months ahead, not reacting.

What you'll own

• End-to-end supplier management — reorders, POs, invoices, freight, 3PL coordination
• Demand planning around launches and marketing moments
• New product development timelines, from concept through to delivery
• Building the systems and processes that let us scale without chaos

Who we're looking for

• 3–6 years in supply chain, ops, or NPD at a DTC or e-commerce brand (apparel/activewear preferred)
• You've had real conversations with suppliers, not just passed emails along
• You have a system — for tracking critical paths, samples, and reorder points
• You can hold a timeline and push back when things slip
