We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our talented team, oversee a portfolio of significant clients and work closely with them and our creative department in order to deliver solutions that will make their product and brand stand out.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• Liaise effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams
• Provide our creative team with detailed briefs and work closely with them and the client in
case of revisions and updates
• Prepare business proposals with specific finance details
• Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
• Track key account metrics

Education & experience requirements:
• University degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
(Master's degree is considered an asset)
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role, ideally in advertising
agencies or trade marketing departments.
• Involvement in BTL advertising campaigns – organizing promotions & BTL activations,
handling promotional materials and participating in merchandising strategies - is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of the Retail or FMCG industry
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
