- Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, recording and classifying support cases.
- You resolve support cases independently or together with 3rd level support.
- You not only fix errors, but also work together with the customer to improve the operation of SEEBURGER solutions through appropriate problem management.
- For our premium customers, you take on the role of Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the customer.
- In addition to classic product support, you support the support team with software updates, system analyses, and projects in the service environment.
- You have a solid foundation in IT basics (networking, operating systems, ERP user knowledge)
- You have a sound educational background, e.g. IHK certification in IT specialist training, a degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications
- Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
- Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, and API environment and have experience with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
