Senior Project Manager

You thrive on managing daily operations, overseeing documentation, and keeping communication clear and proactive, ensuring every project stays on track and on budget. Beyond day-to-day operations, you take ownership of project compliance audits, schedules, permitting processes, and subcontractor coordination. Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting
• Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance
• Support crisis management and on-call responses
• Ability to respond after hours and on weekends

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
• Safety courses as required for the position
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Valid driver's license required
