We’re Hiring: Field Sales Representative (3D Printing & Scanning Solutions)

3DOLOGIE, a value-added reseller of additive manufacturing technology, is seeking a driven and outgoing Field Sales Rep to anchor our business-to-business sales efforts.


About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to expand our presence in the market. You’ll work directly with clients across industries—engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, and more—demonstrating how our 3D technologies can transform their workflows. Territory will include Ilinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored 3D printing & scanning solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

    • What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or technical sales
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to explain complex technology in a clear, compelling way
    • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
    • Willingness to travel regularly within your territory
    • Experience with 3D printing, CAD, or manufacturing technologies is a plus (but not required)
