Do you want to take service processes to the next level and provide your customers with an outstanding service experience? Then we offer you the opportunity to play an active role in transforming modern service organizations as an SAP S/4HANA Service & Field Service Management Consultant (m/f/x). Your work will focus on SAP solutions related to SAP S/4HANA Service (private or public cloud) and/or SAP Field Service Management. Depending on your professional experience, you will contribute your in-depth consulting expertise in one of these areas. Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud is a plus but not a requirement. In your role, you will analyze and optimize customer and field service processes, develop tailored technical concepts, and implement them in collaboration with your customers. You will conduct workshops, develop customer-specific solutions, and support the entire end-to-end process from requirements gathering through to go-live. Additionally, you will take on responsibility in national and international projects and, as a project or sub-project manager, manage both content and budgets.

- Several years of experience as a (Senior) SAP Consultant, (Part-time) Project Manager, or in a comparable role
- Solid experience in implementing at least one SAP service solution, e.g., SAP S/4HANA Service (private or public cloud), alternatively SAP CRM 7.0 Service or SAP CS, SAP Field Service Management, or SAP Service Cloud
- Strong process understanding, analytical and conceptual thinking, and confidence in handling complex service processes and customer requirements
- Enjoyment of teamwork and providing personalized consulting to customers throughout their service journey
- An independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a confident demeanor—even in challenging project situations
- Fluency in German and very good English skills, as well as strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer projects
