Warehouse Manager

ReturnOps is seeking a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operations Manager based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role will oversee the daily processing and movement of returned inventory, including receiving, sorting, inventory management, pallet organization, product staging, and outbound recovery operations.

The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience, understands high-volume inventory environments, and can help build scalable operational systems as the company continues to grow nationwide.

This position plays a critical role in managing return flow, maintaining operational efficiency, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking across thousands of returned and liquidation products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations focused on returned and excess inventory
• Manage inbound truckloads, pallet flow, product sorting, and staging
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and warehouse organization
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily task execution
• Coordinate product movement between receiving, processing, storage, and outbound operations
• Operate and oversee forklift and warehouse equipment usage
• Implement systems to improve operational efficiency and throughput
• Maintain safety standards and organized warehouse conditions
• Support scaling operations as warehouse volume continues to grow

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Strong understanding of high-volume inventory and returns processing
• Leadership experience in warehouse or logistics environments
• Forklift experience required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience with reverse logistics, liquidation, returns, or product recovery strongly preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and operational best practices

Compensation

• $80,000 annual salary
• Full-time position
• On-site role located in Albuquerque, NM
