Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Cloud & Infrastructure)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in cloud migrations, enterprise systems, and cross-functional delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, technical project delivery, and cloud transformation, supporting large-scale initiatives across infrastructure, data, and application platforms.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering and documenting requirements, working across engineering teams, and driving cloud-based initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for cloud, infrastructure, and application initiatives
• Support and drive cloud migration and modernization projects (AWS, Azure, GCP) across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, architecture, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation
• Participate in and support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support data analysis, validation, and migration efforts across platforms and systems
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., financial services, compliance frameworks)
• Assist in production support activities, including issue tracking, root cause analysis, and change management
• Maintain documentation in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Hybrid PM/BA role
• Strong experience working in enterprise IT environments, preferably supporting cloud or infrastructure initiatives
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud migration lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and/or ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Exposure to cloud security, governance, IAM, SSO, or compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting data migrations, integrations, or enterprise platform transformations
• Familiarity with:
• APIs, microservices, or integration workflows
• Messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.)
• CI/CD or DevOps environments
• Experience with cost tracking, budgeting, or financial impact analysis for cloud initiatives
• Knowledge of production support, incident management, and SRE concepts
