Junior Accounting Coordinator supports daily financial administration, including tracking and archiving financial documents such as invoices and bank statements. The role ensures accurate documentation flow and coordinates communication between internal teams and external accounting partners. It also supports reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements across multiple entities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Track monthly financial transactions and download, store, and archive bank statements.
  • Responsible for monitoring incoming invoices, reviewing, and archiving documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation flow, filing, and archiving (digital and/or physical
  • Maintain regular communication with external accounting firms and interim finance teams regarding documentation status, compliance, and ad hoc issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (payment, payroll, operations) to ensure smooth
  • Support internal reporting, reconciliation, and documentation requests as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve documentation accuracy and efficiency



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Some experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
