Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse transactions.
Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure proper documentation (Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices, Gate Pass, etc.).
Update inventory systems and prepare regular stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and dispatch schedules.
Assist in inventory counting, stock audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Prepare and process warehouse-related documents such as receiving reports, transfer slips, and pull-out requests.
Ensure proper filing and organization of warehouse documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Track and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Support procurement and purchasing processes by preparing requests and monitoring deliveries.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse records and administrative workspace.
Assist in implementing warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Generate reports for management regarding inventory status, variances, and warehouse activities.
Perform other administrative and warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field
At least 12 years of experience in warehouse or administrative work
Knowledge in inventory management and warehouse processes
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
