Outsource Solutions & Services, Inc. (OSSI) is a leading provider of Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS). We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented OSSI Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for our diverse clientele, from initial transaction recording to the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.

The ideal candidate will be a key player in a team dedicated to providing accurate and customized accounting solutions that empower our clients with informed decision-making. We leverage technology to deliver scalable, cost-effective services while ensuring strict data privacy and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and the preparation of financial reports.
• Assist clients with specific accounting tasks such as inventory reports, tax filings, and payroll processing.
• Ensure all processes and reports are a faithful representation of financial events, adhering to established accounting principles and concepts.
• Support the team in customizing solutions that match the specific needs and transaction volumes of our clients.
• Maintain the security and privacy of client information in accordance with company policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in tax filing, bookkeeping, or payroll, with a proven track record of client-servicing.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
• Having a CPA license is an advantage.
