Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Overland Park, KS, for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, preparing sales proposals, presenting products and services to potential customers, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, Market Research, and Negotiation
  • Experience with Sales Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Goal Setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the waterpark or related recreational facility industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business opportunities
