Role Description [Exp 7+ years]

This role is for experienced engineers who want to own complex, AI-first systems across the full stack. You’ll lead design and architecture decisions, drive technical excellence, and mentor the team while delivering high-impact features that shape the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable systems using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres
• Own features and services end-to-end from design through deployment
• Lead architectural discussions and drive thoughtful technical decisions
• Conduct high-quality code reviews and set engineering standards
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges
• Proactively improve system design, code quality, and developer workflows
• Mentor junior engineers, collaborate closely with product to balance business goals with technical integrity
  

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres
• Deep understanding of system design, data modeling, and API architecture
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to independently drive technical decisions and challenge assumptions
