Senior Product Manager, Intelligence & Analytics

In this role you’ll partner with executives, researchers, architects, data scientists, and product leaders across business units to deliver the most competitive analytics and intelligence platform for MSPs
What You'll Do
- Shape strategy and roadmap: Define vision, north-star metrics, and phased initiatives for reporting, analytics, and predictive intelligence capabilities aligned to Platform business goals and MSP partner needs across our cyber protection portfolio
- Deeply understand customers and partners: Engage MSP partners, IT admins, and end users through interviews, discovery calls, analytics, and surveys; translate insights into clear problem statements, use cases, and PRDs for intelligence-driven features across endpoints, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other protected environments
- Lead market & competitive analysis: Research analytics and AI/ML capabilities in cyber protection and SaaS security platforms, identify differentiation opportunities, and define pricing/packaging strategies for intelligence features
- Drive AI-powered innovation: Define and deliver predictive intelligence capabilities that anticipate security threats, identify anomalies, recommend remediation actions, and optimize cyber protection for MSP partners; leverage machine learning to surface actionable insights from platform data across endpoints, M365, Google Workspace, and cloud workloads
- Enable automation workflows: Define intelligence capabilities that drive automated billing, ticket resolution, and operational workflows for MSP partners, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
- Drive execution: Prioritize backlogs, write crisp requirements, and collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to ship high-quality analytics and intelligence features on time
- Partner on GTM: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success to build positioning, messaging, demos, and enablement materials; support launches and field training on intelligence capabilities, particularly for our fastest-growing Microsoft 365 protection offerings
- Run beta/pilot programs: Define entry/exit criteria for new analytics features, instrument feedback loops, validate product-market fit with MSP partners, and convert early adopters
- Enable field teams: Keep Sales, Solution Engineers, and Partner Success current on intelligence capabilities, competitive differentiators, and use cases; provide data-driven insights to support partner conversations around cyber protection analytics
- Measure outcomes: Track adoption metrics, feature usage, time-to-insight, threat detection accuracy, prediction accuracy, partner satisfaction, and business impact; iterate based on data and partner feedback
- 3-5+ years in product management for enterprise SaaS, analytics/BI platforms, or AI/ML-powered products (experience in MSP platforms, RMM/MDM solutions, or SaaS security is a strong plus)
- Deep understanding of reporting and analytics: Proven track record building dashboards, reports, and data visualization features; familiarity with BI tools, data pipelines, and analytics architectures
- AI/ML product experience: Strong understanding of how AI/ML can drive predictive intelligence, anomaly detection, automated recommendations, and decision support in IT operations and asset management
- Data-driven mindset: Experience defining metrics, instrumenting analytics, and using data to drive product decisions; comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and working with data science teams
- Platform and SaaS application knowledge: Understanding of multi-tenant platforms, SaaS application ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and how to deliver intelligence across diverse environments; RMM/MDM experience is welcome
- MSP/partner ecosystem knowledge: Understanding of MSP business models, multi-tenant platforms, and partner success metrics; ability to translate partner needs into product requirements
- Technical depth: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams; understanding of APIs, data models, and platform architectures
- Market and competitive analysis skills: Experience sizing markets, analyzing competitive landscapes, and building business cases (pricing, ROI, value propositions) for analytics products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management: Comfortable presenting to executives, partners, and customers; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Structured problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable product plans
