About The Role

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and directly manage performance marketing campaigns across North America, driving measurable growth through hands-on execution and data-driven decision-making. This is not a purely strategic role—you will be deeply involved in campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis while also shaping strategy, budgets, and forecasting. You will play a key role in bringing performance marketing in-house and building a scalable, high-performing growth engine. This is not a remote position. You are required to work on-site in our Vancouver office Monday to Thursday, with work-from-home Fridays.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and Execute Campaigns: Directly manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels on a daily basis to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Drive Strategy Through Execution: Translate performance insights into actionable strategy across the full funnel to maximize ROI, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize Performance: Drive continuous improvement through structured A/B testing and experimentation while maintaining high standards for data quality and attribution.
  • Be Hands-On with Data: Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and make critical budget allocation decisions based on clear, data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure all campaigns are perfectly aligned with our premium PERGOLUX lifestyle brand.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years in performance marketing with significant ownership of paid channels in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment.
  • Hands-On Technical Mastery: Deep experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Meta and Google Ads, with a track record of personally scaling platforms.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in making high-stakes decisions based on performance data, including complex CAC, ROAS, and attribution insights.
  • Execution-First Mentality: A desire to be "in the platforms" every day, testing and optimizing to drive results directly rather than just managing from a distance.
  • Builder Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a scaling environment where you help build systems from the ground up.
