We are working with a well-established independent insurance agency serving the Pacific Northwest for more than 25 years. This agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their growing team in either Auburn, Everett, or University Place, Washington. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity offering flexibility for remote work while maintaining collaboration with agency leadership, producers, and carrier partners.

Some key responsibilities with this role:

• Serve as the primary service contact for a portfolio of commercial lines clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the policy lifecycle
• Manage renewals, policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, coverage analysis, and day-to-day client communication
• Provide expert guidance on commercial insurance coverages and assist clients in navigating their risk management needs
• Coordinate carrier marketing efforts and maintain strong working relationships with underwriting partners
• Collaborate closely with producers and agency leadership to support retention initiatives and new business growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow management within AMS360 and related agency systems
• Deliver a high level of customer service while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships
• Support operational excellence within a collaborative and growth-oriented agency environment
