The Product Line Manager supports the Global Head of Product Merch (GHPM) on the development, performance analysis, and strategic positioning of our product collections.

Working closely with design, product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our product offer is both commercially successful and aligned with brand identity.


Main responsibilities


Product Line Analysis & Management

  • Monitor the performance of existing collections (sales, margins, stock).
  • Identify top-performing and underperforming products and summarize key insights.
  • Support the creation of seasonal product line plans, ensuring balanced assortment by category, price point, and market segment.
  • Support the GHPM during the seasonal pricing activities to make sure price architecture and GM% are met

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with design teams to communicate market needs, best-sellers, and improvement areas.
  • Support the GHPM to provide clear product briefs and performance feedback to guide future development.
  • Partner with the commercial and marketing teams to highlight product strengths and build compelling go-to-market stories.

Market & Competitor Insight

  • Work closely with the Consumer Insights Specialist to get info on market trends, competitor launches, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Support research on pricing, product positioning, and assortment gaps.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare regular collection performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Create clear and visual overviews of the product offer for internal and external use (sales meetings, lookbooks, etc.).
  • Monitor, in alignment with the brand's overall strategic direction, the complexity, efficiency, and GM% KPIs, to drive long-term profitable growth
  • Support the GHPM in presenting seasonal product initiatives to the Sales Teams to engage and provide powerful tools to be used during the sell-in seasons, by creating the relevant deck slides to be used during GTM meetings
  • Align with the HGPM and the Head of Global Marketing (HGM) and support them to co-create the seasonal GTM calendar with key styles matching key Retail Moments, making sure these products are briefed, developed, and successfully reach consumers in the market
  • Establish close working relationships with peers and colleagues to ensure a healthy work environment, where you help each other for a smooth progress towards the brand goals.


Skills

  • Required experience between 3 and 5 years in the same role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Good understanding of product life cycle, from concept to end-of-life.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for product, trends, and understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to support the coordination of people and activities.
