ASUS is a global technology leader renowned for innovation, quality, and reliability across computing, networking, and AI infrastructure solutions. As AI-driven workloads reshape enterprise IT, ASUS Server & Workstation products are increasingly integral to the infrastructure strategies of cloud service providers (CSPs), data center operators, and large enterprises across Korea.
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager – Server / CSP to build and manage strategic partnerships with regional data center operators and cloud service providers, driving the growth of ASUS server and AI infrastructure solutions in the Korean market. You will work directly with regional CSPs, data center providers, ICT service companies, and ISVs to accelerate sales and establish ASUS as the preferred AI infrastructure partner.
What You'll Be Doing
- Achieve revenue targets through CSPs (CSPs – Naver Cloud, NHN Cloud, Kakao and others) and SI partners; develop and execute quarterly pipeline growth plans.
- Collaborate with key business leaders at CSP and data center partner companies to develop and implement joint business plans, strengthening ASUS's market presence in Korea.
- Ensure partners have a clear understanding of ASUS's server and Nvidia’s AI infrastructure product portfolio and roadmap; work with them to establish and execute business plans optimized for the Korean market.
- Define and lead technical collaboration plans to help partners adopt ASUS platform-based accelerated computing solutions and build managed services around them.
- Actively engage in Korea's sovereign AI and digital infrastructure initiatives to accelerate growth of the local AI market and establish strong collaboration frameworks with key government agencies.
- Work closely with various cross-functional teams within ASUS Korea and ASUS HQ (including regional Account Managers, Solutions Architects, Product Managers, and R&D teams) to develop strategies that drive growth with each key account.
- Drive engagement across ASUS's broader partner ecosystem and create new business opportunities through collaboration with ASUS's global partners and distributors.
What We Need to See
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience, MBA and Phd preferred.
- 10+ overall years of sales or business development experience with demonstrated ability, ideally within an overlay or account management sales organization.
- Strong domain expertise in CSP(CSPs – Naver Cloud, NHN Cloud, Kakao and others), data center, or AI industry with established executive-level relationships. Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through models.
- Experience leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances. Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.
- English communication skill sufficient to lead regular workshops with team members from the Asia-Pacific region and global headquarters in Taiwan.
- Able and willing to travel regularly within Korea and internationally.
- Nvidia Certification will be preferred.

- Experience working directly with high-ranking government officials at the director-general level or above on national AI or digital infrastructure programs.
- Experience working in and leading teams within the Asia-Pacific organization.
- Familiarity with ASUS server product lines, ODM/OEM business models, or GPU-accelerated computing solutions.
