About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and multilingual Business Development Associate to support our expansion in the European solar PV market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in developing a long-term career in sales, with a clear path to grow into a Sales or Account Manager role.



Responsibilities


  • Support business development activities across the European solar PV market.
  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and opportunity qualification.
  • Communicate with local clients in target languages via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Follow up on sales leads and support the conversion of opportunities into projects.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, client visits, and business trips across Europe.
  • Conduct market research, including policy tracking, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Prepare quotations, tender documents, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams in Europe and headquarters to ensure project execution.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Languages, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sales support, business development or market expansion.
  • Fluency in English, native proficiency in German or French, and conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
