Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing events strategies tailored for the Mainland China market, focusing on brand positioning and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales operations team to align marketing initiatives with local sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to driving revenue.
  • Plan and execute events with different levels, including brand event, offsite sales event, in-store sales events and activation to resonate with luxury consumers in China and achieve business goals
  • Plan and execute key festival activation especial in 520, Qixi, holiday and Vday to promote the products, drive traffic and maximize the business target
  • Full leverage of the resources from CTF group and collaborated with stake holders in diversified events to elevate the brand image and exposure, benefit to the sales transaction.
  • Create impactful launch campaigns for new jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and visibility in the luxury sector.
  • Utilize CRM tools and smart retail marketing platforms for targeted campaigns that cater to the Chinese audience.
  • Implement marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and recognition in Mainland China.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce culturally relevant marketing materials.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, focusing on the Mainland China market.


Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • At least 7 years of related experience in the luxury jewelry industry, specifically within the Mainland China market.
  • Proven track record in supporting strategy development and execution for global organizations.
  • Strong marketing experience and brand-building awareness in Mainland China.
  • Experience in managing CRM and smart retail marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
