This is an opportunity to take a proven platform with strong market traction and scale it into a category-leading enterprise software company.
As the CEO, you will be sharpening strategy, building a repeatable go-to-market engine, improving operating discipline, and scaling revenue from its current growth stage. This leader will bring a focus on execution, accountability, and building a high-performance team to accelerate growth. You will be a hands-on operator who combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of SaaS growth mechanics, enterprise sales, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define company strategy and drive execution to scale revenue toward the next stage of scalable growth
- Build a predictable and repeatable go-to-market engine across sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Accelerate ARR growth into the 20–30% range through improved GTM execution and market expansion
- Improve growth efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Strengthen Comm100’s market position in AI-powered customer engagement technologies
- Focus the company on the highest-value verticals and enterprise customer segments
- Build and lead a high-performance leadership team
- Establish operating rigor through KPIs, forecasting discipline, metrics and quarterly planning
- Partner with the Board to drive long-term enterprise value creation
- Represent the company with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented B2B SaaS leader with experience scaling companies through the $20M–$50M revenue stage. This leader understands how to build repeatable go-to-market execution, sharpen positioning, and improve operating performance.
Preferred Background
- You are a growth-focused B2B SaaS executive with a track record of scaling companies through critical growth stages. You understand how to turn strong products and market demand into repeatable revenue growth by building discipline go-to market systems, aligned teams and operational accountability.
- You bring credibility with enterprise customers, confidence with Boards and investors and the presence required to scale a high-performing SaaS organization. You will have the following experience:
- CEO, President, GM, CRO, or similar senior SaaS leadership experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven success scaling B2B SaaS revenue past ~$20M - $50M ARR growth stage
- Strong background building and leading enterprise GTM organizations through Sales & Marketing alignment
- Experience building repeatable sales motion (not just inheriting one)
- Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics, forecasting and operational improvement and execution
- Strong understanding of customer service, CX, contact center, or AI-enabled enterprise software.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with boards.
- Experience in customer experience, contact center, or AI-enabled enterprise software is a plus
- Lead a company positioned at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise customer experience
- Shape strategy and execution during a critical growth stage
- Build and scale a high-impact leadership team
- Work directly with an engaged Board focused on long-term growth and value creation
- Drive meaningful impact across enterprise customers and regulated industries

The company is headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The position is Onsite or Hybrid Remote.
