Work Shift: 24x7

Qualifications
- Undergraduates/College Graduates
- Must have at At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in any LOBs (preferably in retail domain) and must be in a contact centre experience. No Team Lead experience in BPO should be rejected.
- Prior exposure to UK Banking or other collections verticals
- Minimum of 2 years in collections operations and team handling
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the collections domain, including processes and bucket flows
- Should not be a current or former employee of Wipro
- Must be living within Cebu
- Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year for several companies
- Should be amenable to attend for an onsite Operations Interview in Cebu City
- Initial Interview: HRI (Human Resource Interview)
- Operations Interview: Microsoft Teams
