WE ARE HIRING: REMOTE MEDICAL BILLER (Behavioral Health)

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller with strong experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team and support U.S.-based behavioral health practices.

Position: Medical Biller – Behavioral Health (Remote)

Schedule: Central Time (depending on client)

Work Setup: Fully Remote

Compensation & Payment:

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Payment via Wise

Biweekly payout

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for behavioral health practices

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and insurance follow-ups

Perform accurate payment posting (ERA/EOB)

Submit, track, and reconcile insurance claims

Investigate denials and process appeals to maximize reimbursement

Verify patient insurance eligibility and behavioral health benefits

Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim resolution and authorization requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Medical Biller in a U.S. healthcare setting (behavioral health experience preferred)

Strong background in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting

Familiarity with behavioral health billing, including CPT/ICD coding basics

Experience with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

High attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Availability to work during Central Time business hours
