Job Title: Marketing Delivery Manager (Non-IT Project Manager)

Location: Horsham, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Delivery Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for a major financial services client. This role will focus on managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns across email and direct mail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with strategy teams and stakeholders to understand campaign goals, data needs, and deliverables
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and execution strategies
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
• Manage documentation, including project requirements and campaign matrices
• Review and approve data, audits, and campaign outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful campaign implementation

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Workfront (Workfront) or similar project management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong project management and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing campaign delivery (email/direct mail)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

***Pay Range- $50.00-$57.00/hour
