Scope of Role
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients within the utilities sector across Germany. The role focuses on developing long term customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering complex, value-based solutions to major utility providers, infrastructure operators, and energy companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the utilities sector, driving sustainable revenue growth
- Design and execute a structured sales strategy aligned to annual revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, converting opportunities into long term contracts
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity across the utilities sector
- Create and manage account plans for key strategic customers, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives
- Collaborate with marketing to design and deliver lead generation campaigns, sector events, and targeted marketing activity to strengthen pipeline development
- Partner with operations, technical, and delivery teams to ensure full solution alignment and successful project delivery
Essential Experience Required
- Proven 5 years’ minimum experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales within the D.A.CH market.
- Strong understanding of the German Market, best case in Utilities sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing, long-cycle B2B sales processes
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple large accounts and competing priorities effectively
- Fluent German and good English language skills (written and spoken)

Working Relationships
This hybrid role is 3 days office base & 2 days home.
