Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic & hands-on Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the Museum of Senses international network.
This role operates at Group level, ensuring brand consistency, supporting marketing performance across locations, and coordinating digital and offline campaigns across markets. Essentially, this role is the marketing funnel between all the local markets and the HQ/Group.
The position can be based in Zagreb or Madrid & works closely with local museum teams, external partners, and group leadership to strengthen brand positioning, visitor acquisition, and marketing efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines brand governance, marketing communications across channels, and campaign coordination skills, and thrives in a multi-market international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Governance & Marketing Coordination
- Ensure consistent brand governance across all Museum of Senses locations through assets, collateral material and audience facing communications.
- Coordinate with local museum teams, PR partners, and 3rd party agencies to maintain brand integrity and messaging consistency.
- Support and guide local teams in executing campaigns aligned with group brand strategy.
- Work with the design and content teams to maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual and messaging consistency across markets.
Paid Media & Digital Visibility
- Plan and coordinate paid media campaigns including:
Paid articles and listicles
Paid social
OOH (Out-of-Home)
DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home)
Print placements
- Support SEO visibility initiatives, including placements, editorial collaborations, and listicles to increase organic discovery.
- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the Group Online Director to optimize digital marketing activities.
Events & Partnerships
- Coordinate marketing support for events, launches, and promotional activations across locations.
- Work with local teams to develop PR opportunities, influencer events, and promotional partnerships.
- Support initiatives that increase visitor engagement and brand exposure.
Product & Revenue Innovation
- Propose and develop new products, marketing streams, and revenue initiatives aligned with the Museum of Senses brand.
- Identify opportunities for new marketing activations, partnerships, and cross-market initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of new visitor experiences, merchandise concepts, and promotional formats.
Multi-Market Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with local marketing teams across Museum of Senses locations to align campaigns and share best practices.
- Support the implementation of group marketing initiatives and global projects.
- Ensure marketing activities contribute to visitor growth, brand visibility, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing, ideally in entertainment, attractions, retail, or experiential industries.
- Experience working with multi-market or international brands.
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO visibility strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers, PR agencies, and events management/coordination.
- Experience managing projects/deliverables within project management tools (Asana / Monday or similar platforms) with strong organisation and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or additional European languages are an advantage).
