This is a full-time on-site role as a Hostess located in Lone Tree, CO. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, maintaining an organized reception area, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Hostess will also handle phone inquiries and ensure smooth communication between staff and clients.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette to professionally manage interactions and inquiries
• Experience with Reservations and organizational skills for effective seating arrangements
• Ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
