We are growing our sales team seeking an energetic, driven individual to join us. The role is introducing our staffing service to business owners, HR and other management. Prior experience in HR or staffing industry is a plus. From one on one consultations to group presentations to negotiating contracts, and closing targets, this is a perfect opportunity for the true go-getter in a competitive market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client management, or account management, with a focus on cultivating business relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience in the staffing industry or related fields, such as human resources or recruiting, is a plus
- Knowledge of the Greensboro, NC, market and surrounding areas is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite
