Job Title: System Support Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite – Mon, Tue, Thu | 2 days WFH)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
We’re looking for a System Support Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce and enterprise systems. This role involves gathering requirements, supporting system design, improving processes, and assisting with implementation and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Support design, configuration, and enhancements across enterprise platforms (Salesforce-focused)
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Assist in system testing (UAT), deployments, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external teams to ensure smooth delivery
Required Skills:
- 3–7 years in Systems Analyst / Business Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Flows, configuration, data model, security)
- Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer, Business Analyst)
- Experience with ERP, marketing platforms, or data integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Git)

- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Experience with Life Sciences Industry
